Third-party 6G (and 5G) pipe welder qualification for contractors serving oil & gas, marine and mega-project sites — witnessed testing, radiography and a welder certificate with ID card, issued in Alexandria, Egypt.

Programme details
Scope of work
- Test coupon preparation, fit-up and welding consumables supplied by the centre.
- Welding in the 6G fixed inclined position on pipe, with 5G added on request.
- Visual Testing (VT) followed by Radiographic Testing (RT) of the completed coupon.
- Third-party witness attendance and full documentation of the qualification record.
- Re-test guidance and a coaching route for candidates who need practice before re-sitting.
Standards & certification
- Welder performance qualification to ASME IX and AWS D1.1 test requirements.
- Testing against the client's own WPS/PQR when the project requires it.
- Certificates issued jointly with Inspecta Middle East and an internationally recognized certifying body.
- Cooperation with TÜV Rheinland and BUREAU VERITAS for third-party certification routes.
